Collect for your sellers, then pay them by mobile money.

Your customers pay by mobile money or card. Each seller's share and your commission are kept apart, and every seller receives their money on their phone.

What Wajub puts in place

Two ways to pay your sellers, pick yours.

You collect then pay out, or each seller collects in their own Wajub account and you take your commission.

  • Payouts

You collect, then you pay out

The money lands in your balance, and you pay each seller when you decide.

    • One balance per currency, with no overdraft possible
    • Beneficiaries saved once
    • The name behind the number checked before sending
    • Every payout tracked until it arrives
  • Sync

Each seller has their own account

The seller connects their Wajub account to your platform: their payments belong to them, your commission comes to you.

    • The payment, the customer and the refund stay with the seller
    • A commission set seller by seller
    • The commission credited on every successful payment
    • A full account for the seller, or a Lite account that Wajub pays out on the schedule you set

Good to know

Before you start, what you should know.

  • One seller per payment

With Sync, a payment belongs to a single seller: a cart from two sellers makes two payments.

  • A payout once sent cannot be cancelled

Once created, a transfer runs to completion. Check the beneficiary before sending.

  • Cards stay with their provider

Failover applies to mobile money. A card payment is never replayed with another provider.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Talk to sales

How do I pay several sellers?
One transfer per seller, each tracked until it arrives. With Sync, there is nothing to pay out: the payment lands directly in the seller's account.
Which methods can I pay my sellers to?
In Cameroon, to MTN MoMo, Orange Money and Express Union. Payouts in other countries open provider by provider: the team confirms which ones are available for your account.
With Sync, who owns the money?
The seller: the payment lands in their account. Your platform receives the commission set for that seller, credited on every successful payment.
A seller disputes a payment: how do I answer?
Konsole keeps every live payment with its attempts, the connection that processed it and its result. You find the payment by its reference and answer with the history.
